I'm sure some of their claims are truthful, but some are definitely overblown or stated in a way to make them sound as bas as possible. Too many of those "experts" are people with agendas for me to take everything they say at face value.
Of course they are. As is everyone these days. But as the opener states, it's not about banning these foods but about several "experts" being asked to give an opinion on them. Thought it was an interesting article. And I happen to know a few of them, at least, are very close to truth, if not completely accurate.
