As you can see, I've added a Donation link to the header of the site which takes you to the brand new <a href="/donate">Donations</a> page. Should be fairly self explanatory. There's no option to turn them off at the moment; once I get around to sorting out premium accounts then those that buy one will no longer see any donation links or adverts.
If it all looks a little messed up, you'll need to force a refresh (usually Ctrl-F5 on a PC) as the CSS has been changed.
