It's amazing how attached one gets to a pet. My wife and I have a little girl (cat), she was a Hurricane Katrina rescue, and we pamper her like crazy. She's only 5, but when the time comes, I bet we both will be rather hysterical!

Time to go rescue another kitty in need!
