It's not like they don't have a clock on their computers. Or can't do simple arithmetic.

US Time Zones:
Eastern Time: GMT-5
Central Time: GMT-6
Mountain Time: GMT-7
Pacific: GMT-8

(hint. the UK is GMT.)
