I never cut butter into anything, I've always rubbed it in with my fingers. I do not have cold hands, so I believe we have an answer. I need a pastry cutter, and I need to not be obsessive about crumb size. Big chunks of butter to remain intact, preferably cold from the fridge. Gotcha.
