Hornsby's Crisp Apple if I'm just gonna grab a bottle of something, though I recently tried Strongbow and I liked that pretty well (but let's face it, Hornsby's is cheaper, and thus remains the preference).
Spiced rum & Vernors (no other ginger ale is acceptable) is always pure win.
Hot coco with amaretto or Irish cream if it's cold out.
Mango ice cream, pineapple soda, and coconut rum if it's hot out (and I'm not too damn lazy). ... Okay, I'm weird.
And I just discovered a new favorite at Outback Steakhouse yesterday: Blueberry Martini. Tried the strawberry one just because it had amaretto and I'm a sucker for amaretto. It's a rather tragic waste of amaretto, in my opinion.
