Standard beer is of course Stella (or on rare occasions a beer of a comparable price category, if it's a pub linked to a rivaling brewery that doesn't have Stella), or less often Hoegaarden. Abroad, substitute for the standard beer they have on tap (for instance, in southern Spain they have a beer called Alhambra, which is far from bad). Occasionally Duvel, which is better but also heavier and more expensive. As for when I'm just drinking one or two for the taste, well, I'm not really enough of a specialist yet that I've already chosen favourites, usually I just try new stuff. Generally speaking, though, I like the higher quality Belgian or Belgian-style stuff (Bush, various Tripels, Hoegaarden Grand Cru, that kind of thing), or English/Scottish pale ales. I'll occasionally drink Guinness, but it's not something to drink regularly.
Which beer do you usually drink?
