It's idiotic to ask him if he plans to retire in the moments and immediate days after a very tough loss... one during which he got hit hard and often.

And really, unless the team has some agenda of going out and getting another high rated QB, like McNabb, then there really isn't that much of a pressing time line here. This past year he waffled, stayed retired through camp, and then came back and played to the NFC championship. I'm guessing that the Vikings best bet right now will be T Jack or Sage and will prep them while waiting on Favre. Yeah, so not really any agony to be had here.
