Not only do they have no justification, they're massively inconvenient. Ever have a Sunday barbeque, and you needed a couple of six packs?
Luckily my county recently dropped that law- now the stores are open on Sunday, as well.
Now we just need them to abolish the ridiculous beer license/liquor license thing...
