Do you find it ironic that we place safety labels on devices that are often so blatantly obvious that presumably only the illiterate, who can not read them, would actually benefit from that warning?
I'm taking a holiday in America at the moment, and this is one of the funniest things I've seen. I find it really helpful that everything seems to contain chemicals known to cause cancer. As far as I can tell, these are even more useless because they don't mean anything and you can't avoid the places (like almost every public place that has one of those signs).
Are there any warning labels you can think of that would be even more wasted, e.g. Replacing 'In God we trust' on pennies with 'Warning: Do not insert into electrical outlet'.
There are enough real wasted signs without making up more. How about DO NOT EAT on a TV.

Probably. More likely that the battery was flat or removed.

Pennies are the most useless things I've ever seen. Change in America is worthless. It's far too big for the amount it's worth. In Australia, we got rid of our 1c pieces.
