And lost Lens a valuable asset (his FIFA registration goes on Lens books as an asset). This is like stealing, it's not like getting someone to whisper in his ear that he should ask for a move.
They told him to break the terms of his contract, so that he would be released allowing Chelsea to pick him up on a free.

This does NOT happen all the time, it isn't your box standard tapping up and the fine and ban are totally deserved.
This will screw them up in January when they lose Essien, Drogba, Mikel and Kalou
