The ATM did not bridge anything and in fact is constantly considered for a repealing because ti actually screws more middle-class families than actually collects taxes that wouldn't have been collected without it. The ATM is a joke and every accountant I've ever talked to knows it. Secondly, all those accountants tell me that corporations still get tons of loopholes that reduce their taxes quite drastically.

Simply put, our tax code, both individual and corporate, is a joke. Corporations bypass their actual taxes due quite handily, ATM or no ATM.
