but "bad choice of words" is an understatement. and it's not a management position, it's a contract technical position for a mortgage company (according to the ad)


They probably misunderstood the word to mean rigorous and analytical then, which makes sense for a techie position. I'm not sure what the actual qualifications to be a HR person are, but somehow I picture them as the sort of person who has a 'word of the day' on their iGoogle homepage or desk calendar. It sounds very Dilbert-esque.
