What I want to say here is, I'm sorry i haven't been as attentive to the developments in your father's condition. I know this is a really stressful time. I'm sorry I've not been a better friend.
That said I am deeply saddened, though not surprised but the neglect and lack of attention your father is receiving. my family has gone through some similar frustrations with my grandmother recently at a
home" and I have cousin that was in a coma and when she revived ... the hospital staff failed to ... give anything like satisfactory care.
I don't know what to think about the poor care in the heath care field. It make people's fear of hospitals and "homes" seem totally valid.
What I hope though, is that this will nto continue to be a frustrating and angry experiance for you. I hope that they will step up and allow you to do what is most important when you are there; share time with your father and your family. I hope with all might heart when you go tomorrow and the next day and the next that it will be better. That these people will come to show they care about your father and your family.
