What does it taste like? I was reading an article about french fries, and the fries cooked in horse fat were described as delicious, though undeniably a bit horsey.

I've had it as steak, and it's not bad. It's quite similar to beef, with a little bit of an "iron"-y taste. I don't know about this fries in fat thing though...
