as long as you go easy on the green peppers


They're not a requirement, but I like them.

When I'm making a big batch I like to use green and red as they have different but complimentary flavors, but the sauce is still nice without them.


And it works better to my taste buds if you mix the two types instead of just being 1 flavor.
