Not necessarily in places where it closely resembles the American chains, but looking at menus in places like China and India, the food at least SEEMS to be better...

does anyone have any experience with the more "exotic" menus of McDs?

I suppose they have slightly better choices than in the US, but they're hardly the places I would eat at in India or China. Still, it's a novelty to the locals and the prices they charge are relatively on the high end.
