In my group, one person came to a meet with the 70-200 2.8.. and like 5 people went out and bought that lens lol. I thought about it but like I said A. I'm all about wide angle, and B. That is just way too heavy to lug around town all the time :)


And at $2k, you better be sure you will be using it all the time. Sure the bokeh is like butter, but it weighs a ton. After shooting a wedding, my arm is almost always ready to fall off. Camera + Lens + Grip + Flash = 14.3 Lbs. (yeah, I weighed it)


and I didn't even have to dance for you this time!
