I don't buy it. The aesthetics (Angles?? Corners!?) don't look very Apple to me. Add that to the fact that the guy never fires it up (I see no reason why it wouldn't be a working test or prototype version this close to the release) and as you said the only updates he talks about are things that people have asked for.
