Man, once I hit the last third of the game (Landsmeet), I just couldn't bring myself to finish it.
I think part of it was that I had an awesome team (Me the super-rogue, Allistair the Unkillable, Morrigan the Bringer Of Death, and Wynne the one who never let us die), kitted out with awesome weapons, so I was very reluctant to use anyone else. But... wow did I get sick of the characters. Allistair in particular.
But I pushed through, even beating the incredibly difficult battle when you're rescuing Anora (that you're kind of SUPPOSED to lose).
Archdemon was pretty tough, except the ballistae they'd positioned around the map made it easier. Kinda annoyingly so. Also, I think I got a bug- I read that the leaders of the factions you aided were supposed to aid you, but I never got that. Oh, well...
Also kinda annoyed at myself I didn't get the Secret Companion. Didn't want to lose Allistair and his gear, then didn't feel like replaying the segment.
Anyway! Now it's time for some Demon's Souls before my computer gets here in a week or two!
