For one, I don't like having my map open full screen with all the stuff that WoW now does on its own. I have a map mod to make it smaller, and with Questhelper I can turn off the extra information on the map. Questhelper also comes with an arrow to help direct you and, to be honest, I've found it to be more accurate and helpful for some quests than the WoW-UI.
But that's just me, and I grew accustomed to what I had. Roland may not have an issue at all like I did with WoW's built in set up.
