Yeah, I couldn't believe the patch either. And about 40MB to boot! jeez.
The ONE thing I do not like about SC2 is the requirement of an internet connection (being turn on) to play the single-player campaign. You have to play as a guest if not online.
However, I understand the need for such extreme measures. God damned internet pirates! grrr
P.S. I'm using a laptop as well, but haven't encountered any problems. What processor is ur laptop using?
