Your card isn't an ati hd5670, it is about 75% as fast as an 8800gt (see my other post in response to you)

The 8800gt and 9800gt are the same card. Nvidia renamed it at the instance of the add board vendors and oems such as hp and dell so that there offerings would seem newer. Now eventually the 9800gt got a die shrink so some 9800gt run cooler than some 8800gt/9800gt.
