with the release of black ops and similar games, the same time old issue of video games warping the minds of gamers arises

of course it didn't start with manhunt or GTA, first there was Risk and Cluedo, encouraging Hitler to conquer the world and people to randomly accuse their friends and family of murder in various rooms of the house. and let's not forget how monopoly made a generation of property owners who would indiscriminately raise rent and force their tenants out onto the street

how have other games affected you?

i remember after an intense need for speed session i actually left the house, got in the car and just starting driving around, mental eh?

Yeah, true. After playing Madden or NBA Live I often wanted to go play IRL (and I did).

After playing Age of Empires, I started building a Town Center and training peasants as well. I eventually got them to build me a Castle so I could construct trebuchets to wipe out my entire street. It went well until the Mongols invaded.
