The best one I've heard is that it was named after a whore who... Well, let's just say she was imaginative when it came to keeping multiple clients pleased at the same time.

the first Bioshock. Not an RPG, but has one of the best stories and atmospheres of any game I have ever played....and that is a hell of a lot of games.
