Small Guns are the best recommendation for ammo. Speech is surprisingly important, too.


And on top of these skill loadouts, keep in mind that your actions do have consequences. If you kill someone or destroy something, then you might not be able to play through some of the story until a new playthrough. It's absolutely impossible to do everything in 1 playthrough and difficult to do in 2, 3 or even 4.
