I've only played ME2 a single time, but will replay when all (or most) of the DLC is released.
The arrival is supposed to be the last DLC. Also, the ending of The Arrival is supposed to be how ME3 kicks off (apparently Shepard is standing trial for his/her controversial actions in The Arrival). Haven't played it yet, but am on my second play-through.
Such a brilliant game.
