Hmmm... something about an agreement with another download service that violates Steam's Terms. It's kinda amusing seeing all the nerd rage about Origin. If it's the same quality as Steam, I wouldn't mind using it.

It's not the same quality. It's a rebranding and slight rework of existing EA services.

It sounds like Origin's contract intentionally violates Steam's, because EA wants to be that way.
