They recently sued a developer they had commissioned to start work on the game, after the developer broke agreements. They've since turned it over to a new developer.
No way they make two MMORPGs to compete against each other.

The reason Elder Scrolls is good is because it isn't multiplayer. MMORPGs suck. *NM*
