CoH uses the "free week" structure (or is it 10 days? I forget). Playing casually, that's not really long enough to get anything cool.





I was chatting about it with my friend, and we came up with this- have the first 20 levels (or whatever the equivalent is, the first x levels, where x is how long it takes you to get fully invested into the game, start getting some cool stuff, and really want to progress). Then, for a week, give them access to a high-power player. Level 80, or maybe just 75, but something really cool. Just a taste, to see what they could get if they pay for it.
