I think it's just a different taste than a lot of people have. Zalis Send a noteboard - 29/08/2011 04:03:40 PM
And I didn't mean to sound condescending with the MMO thing, despite my ideas about them. GoG definitely has a lot of great classic RPGs available, so I see why you like it. I may buy The Witcher 2 on there if I ever think I have the time to play it. Steam may appeal more to people with larger and diverse game libraries. There's no question in my mind that Steam has influenced the number of games I've bought in recent years. When they're on sale for so little, though, it actually becomes reasonable and affordable. Not everybody's into that, though. I'm not trying to say you're 'doing it wrong' or anything.

Also, wow about WoW... My girlfriend would not put up with that... nor would I expect her to. She respects giving me some time to play w/ buddies, but always outranks games on my priority list.
The sword might be grateful to the forge fire, but never fond of it.

Steam is mostly great and it's hard to believe that a pc gamer hasn't had it installed yet... :p *NM* - 27/08/2011 06:50:26 AM 135 Views
