I don't know how hard it would be to make something with so many levels of interaction and consequence, but it sounds like it would be really cool. Most of the good/evil choice games give you either the unrealistically altruistic option or the "be an asshole" option. Usually I end up feeling bad if I pick the evil option, and feeling annoyed and put-upon if I pick the good option. I think Dragon Age has been the only game I've played that came close to giving you real grey choices where you don't know what the right answer is so you just have to go with what feels right.
