The dragon and the giant were pretty tough. I was only able to beat the dragon because the giant helped me, but then the giant attacked me too. And I was only able to defeat the giant because I found a lopsided rock and was able to keep him on the other side while I fire blasted him, as we each went round and round as he tried to reach me. The vampire was definitely scaled to my level, which is as yet not a high one. There are tougher and easier enemies within my level range, not everything is exactly the same challenge for me. But there is scaling going on.

However, it seems to be the type of scaling that I like. Enemies like simple bandits and wolves have either stopped scaling with me or are scaling at a much slower rate, because they don't pose any sort of challenge anymore. Same with draugr. But there are new versions of draugr appearing that are harder, while at the same time the easy ones are still present too.

The only thing I can really say is that so far I haven't really noticed the challenge level because some things have been easy, some things have been a good challenge, and some things have been oh-fuck hard. It feels like a good mix so far, but I'm only level 10.
