Since I'm running it on the highest resolution, mostly on Ultra, with only one or two things turned off (forget which). There's some stuttering, but I just attribute that to the way Geralt runs, and it hasn't been particularly bad or anything. In fact, I think it really might be the way Geralt runs, because combat is always smooth.
So I'm playing this game called The Witcher 2...

FRAPS itself can lower framerates. If you have a keyboard w/ an LCD display, there are apps.
