I thought it was being developed by some French company, I don't remember the name, but they worked on Bioshock 2. Though from an interview I watched they also have people that were involved in Deus Ex, and Half-Life, so I wasn't too concerned over their qualifications. But if Bethesda is taking a more active role in development then that makes me much more excited for this game!
