Here's my top 6 (because I can't really split 5 and 6):
1. GTA Chinatown Wars
2. Phantom Hourglass
3. Advance Wars Dual Strike
4. Mario Kart
5. Pokemon Diamond
6. Lego Star Wars - the Complete Saga

GTA is definitely worth checking out - it is absolutely amazing.

PH, Star Wars, and Mario Kart are some of the best DS games! I'll have to look into the rest of these!
