Both systems will have pretty similar libraries with similar quality graphics. Playstation Network is free, and the PS3 has a built in WiFi adapter, whereas the 360 you have to buy the wireless adapter and pay for a subscription to X-Box Live.

Overall, the value of the PS3 is better now in my opinion, but with the cost being similar to get each started the real difference becomes the exclusive games. The 360 has some great exclusives, and so does the PS3.

I have a 360 now, but I'm probably going to get a PS3 since I absolutely love Metal Gear Solid. If it wasn't for that I'd probably not get it. I'll just sell my bluray and go with the PS3 for blurays and some games.


I would definitely count the network as an extreme plus.
