The spell description says non-magical, but just make ita 4th-level spell and take away that limitation.
Thought about Pathfinder, but their Bestiary isn't out yet and I'm too lazy to do that much conversion.

Actually it would be quite funny if its missing. "Look guards, its down here with the dead orcs. Wait ... where did they go? And where's the giant stone!?"
