I used to use threat and damage meters. Threat is rarely an issue in the game anymore. And people obsessed with damage meters just disgust me.

I have occasionally used AtlasLoot to see if an instance was worth running.

I don't think I currently have any add ons at all.

I've had several over the years replaced by Blizzard UI, like scrolling combat text and equipment outfitter.
