I want a game with a good story, that I can play on PS3. The last couple recommendations I got turned out to be out of print and I don't want to deal with that. There has to be a good game on PS3.


But when I perused the "there are a lot of good games out" thread it was like I was entering the foreign language forum.

I have no idea what FDIJSPOFJDS4II means, or LD14PL is. Whatever game series that you think is awesome and that everyone knows the acronym for and that had its first edition come out in 1998, I don't know it. So, tell me what I've been missing.


These are the games/series I've played since 2000. I can't remember any other games I've played. Not counting Harry Potter, since I only play those because I can't help it, even though they suck.

Grand Theft Auto (last one was a letdown)
Hitman (I like these)
Final Fantasy (last one was a letdown)
Halo (not a huge fan. I liked the story but not the game so much)
Shadow of the Colossus
God of War (it was alright, but I've never felt the need to replay it)
