Why doesn't the headmaster deal with things himself? Well, for the same reasons most powerful people don't. They're busy doing their own crap (research, killing a dragon, mending a rend in the fabric of time-space), they don't care, they don't realize how important it is or they're secretly corrupted and evil and rejoice in the idea that other evil groups might succeed in doing terrible things.



My problem isn't really "Why should he care", I can take care of that easily. The problem I have, which I always do, is how to I get from A to C? I always have trouble developing B. :(
