Although whoever wrote Alistair's dialogue totally was either a woman or was consulting with one to make him an ideal romance interest for all women playing. Those rose lines? Totally corny, but not delivered that way. A little TOO "perfect". Someone's cheating ;) But he still IS a good character, even if he's obviously specifically tailored ;)


I had heard there was a gay character in the game, and when I finally got to Zevran's gay dialog, I was pretty shocked that he was the one. I had been positive that Alistair was the gay one. I mean come on, he even has lines that say something like "So is it true about you and Morrigan? Please tell me it's not! Where does that leave. . .well, us?"

Unbelievable. Closet case if ever I saw one, and not far from out, either. And you really thought he was the perfect man? Ugh. That doesn't bode well for my gender. :P

My only complaints are that some of the dialogue choices are lacking and Morrigan is incredibly frustrating to keep up her rep if you do little things like "help people in order to move along the plotline". Just a little frustrating and certainly not a reason to stop playing ;)


Really? I found it pretty easy. I had her up to 100 or so seemingly 25-30% through the game. Her usual disapprovals were only 3-5 points or so, and I found so many excess gifts that she was always at 100, and we STILL got to have a mini-Christmas-morning right before the final battle. :P
