PREY is decent. CALL OF DUTY 1 and 2 were pretty good, before they lost the plot a little and started thinking they were writing episodes of 24 or something. QUAKE 4 is okay, but it is just a straight blaster with little in the way of proper puzzles or strategy. FEAR is okay and the horror angle is effective with a great ending, but the actual shooting is a little clunky. It's not really a shooter but FALLOUT 3 is enjoyable.
They're third rather than first-person, but MAX PAYNE 1 & 2 and MAFIA are excellent.

Played PREY, and CoD doesn't appeal, but Fallout and Max Payne seems cool. I'll check it out, thanks
