Maybe I'll pick it up when its price drops near the holiday season, but I won't pay full retail to jump through multiple DRM hoops. (SecuROM & GFWL, even if you buy it on Steam)
It's basically what I did with GTA IV. (requires RGSC & GFWL) That's easier to tolerate when the game's only $7 on a Steam sale.
