I don't have a PS3, so all I can really tell you is what I've heard. Things like God of War 3 when it comes out, Uncharted 1 and Uncharted 2, and probably some other stuff.
That said, you should consider getting a PS2. It's cheap and has a ton of cheap, quality games. If I had to choose only one system to own (pc not included since it can be used for more than just video games) it would still be the PS2, even today.

Agreed that PS3 FFXIII has the edge, but honestly, it doesn't matter. The difference is negligible.
