Check out a comparison here. It's a video of a lot of side-by-side 360 vs PS3 gameplay. I was only able to detect graphical differences a handful of times during the clips, and when I did, I wasn't sure which version I preferred. There's no doubt that the PS3 has the technical edge, and so, if you have the choice of either console, I'd probably pick up that version. Still, the difference between the two is tiny. It's just not that big a deal.
