I agree. Northrend is boring. I miss Zul'Aman and even Kara. I miss the game being somewhat difficult. Trial of the Crusader is a complete joke so far. Naxx wasn't hard enough. First time my guild went through we 1-shot every boss except the last 2, and that shouldn't happen, imo. Ulduar was harder but then they nerfed every fight. On top of that I just don't like the instances, heh. ZA was the funnest raid in the game, imo.
Blizz have decided, probably rightly whether I like it or not, that having 90% of new content limited to 5% of the userbase is just not an efficient use of time. Hence the hardmodes. Give the hardcore a challenge, but let the masses see the content. The fact it is ultimately hugely unsatisfying compared to a 1st downing of a boss is an unfortunate side effect.
