(Disclaimer: I didn't see Thor 2, I really should).
Iron Man 2 was fine. Avengers 2 was... not great. Way too many punching of endless robots, and there was a lot less emotional weight to having some made up city on the other side of the world getting destroyed.
Winter Soldier was REALLY good. It was a great example of how Marvel can do a "superhero" movie, that is a completely separate genre. Winter Soldier was more like an espionage thriller than anything else.
