How will Lost end?

A gateway will open up with Rand fighting the forces of the shadow. They will step through onto the island through new ways to use the power, rand will imprison the DO on the island and then rip the island from existence and place it between dimensions as a large island with a mysterious temple floating in a sea of black nothingness.
Eventually this island will drift towards a a dimension where the world does not know of his existence and they will try to tap a new power, and we all know where that leads us...
