Did we actually vote to give someone a kill on day 1?

I'm wondering if maybe we never elected someone as the Killer, and maybe the ADFs (Anti-DFs) killed someone and Kylia body-shifted them to remove Blaine, i.e. they targeted and killed X, and she shifted the kill to Blaine? As opposed to simply subbing the person into Blaine's vacant role? To be honest, I'm very confused by events thus far.
If it was that we just couldn't reach a consensus on who to give the DF NK to, and thus didn't get it, then we have a bit of a pickle. If the ADFs have a roleblocker, they can just jam this kill indefinitely, so I think we'd be best off to assume they don't, one useful piece of information I suppose. Our logical next step is probably to hypocop, which we could do in character.
